I understand and respect the courage it takes to come to counseling.

I offer a variety of comprehensive clinical services as I am both an independently licensed clinical and chemical
My work as a counselor is devoted to helping clients make healthy choices for change, develop and enhance loving relationships, increase personal effectiveness and develop abilities to create happiness and peace.  Doing this often involves playing, planning, sharing, laughing and learning to adapt to new ways of being and thinking.  I have witnessed the changing power of self awareness and how integrating lost parts of ourselves helps us to become whole people again. There is also infinite value to exploring, identifying and challenging our thoughts which ultimately drive our feelings and behaviors.  I also provide career  development counseling to help match each person's unique passions, interests and skills to a fulfilling career.

Offering an objective view point, I believe in the value of connecting and sharing in a safe environment.
